IS TUITION REFUNDABLE?

Tuition is non-refundable within 75 days of class. 

1 year of hands-on manual therapy experience is recommended.
You must meet your state/country’s licensing requirements.

HEIGHT & WEIGHT LIMITS:

For equipment and student safety:

• Raised table courses: 100–175 lbs, under 6’
• Floor-based courses: 100–225 lbs, under 6’

If you fall outside these ranges, email me before booking so we can determine safe modifications. 

Exceptions are often made on a case by case basis and falling outside of these ranges does not automatically disqualify you. Reach out!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

You should be able to:

• Balance on one leg for 60 seconds
• Hold a plank for 1 minute
• Perform 3 sets of 20 squats
• Strenuous cardio for 10–15 minutes

HYGIENE:

Feet must be in good health without any contagious conditions. Freshly pedicured, filed and clean. Toenails must be filed as short as safely possible. Skin around heels and toes should be filed smooth. 

SHOULD I TAKE 101 + 102 TOGETHER?

Students may take 101 + 102 in the same week. However, Sarga 101 is physically demanding and fast-paced, covering a large volume of material in 4 days. For many students, taking time after 101 to practice and integrate the work first, can lead to a stronger experience in 102.

For those who choose to continue into 102 in the same week, it tends to be a smoother experience for those who regularly stay active, have strong mental and physical stamina, and can move and control their bodyweight confidently during continuous practice. 

This work demands long, sustained balance on one leg often in a lunge position. 

Due to the nature of the work and equipment, all students should be able to maintain control under load and fall within the weight and working limits listed above. If you are unsure whether you meet these requirements, please reach out before enrolling.

For those who have already taken 101 but have been out of practice, retaking 101 is recommended to rebuild familiarity and get the most out of the training.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK TRAVEL?

Your class is not fully confirmed until minimum enrollment is met. After enrolling, you’ll be notified when your class is confirmed. We recommend you enroll soon to help us determine our enrollment status.

Texas & California classes require a full class of 8 students to proceed. 

We recommend booking refundable travel arrangements and/or travel insurance. We are not liable for any costs incurred from a cancelled class. If minimum enrollment is not met, you will be able to transfer your tuition to another class.
